Emotional Wellness Counseling

Individualized counseling for lifelong wellness.

You are dynamic, layered, unique. That’s exactly how your therapy should be. Our integrative approach is never one-size-fits-all. We seek to treat rather than diagnose, to listen rather than tell. We draw from a range of effective therapeutic methods to provide a customized and collaborative experience designed for your authentic health and healing.

Our holistic approach results in real changes for real life. Through process-oriented counseling, you learn to cope, to regulate and to overcome. You leave Healing Space with tools and strategies for sustained wellness and peace in the real world.

Lifelong wellness begins here.

Individualized

We tailor the approach based on the needs of the client and collaborate with them to identify their goals. Virtual Sessions are available as well if that’s what is best for the client.

Mindfulness-Based

Healing can be supported through the use of mindfulness and is incorporated into our practice as appropriate.

Healing Space Clients

Our clients are adolescents and adults dealing with a variety of life-interruptive issues. These include trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, postpartum concerns, stress, low self-esteem, communication issues, intimacy issues, life transitions, OCD, and parenting concerns.

Many clients are new to therapy, while others have had years of counsel. Some want to vent while others seek intensive intervention. Wherever you are in your process, our approach approach guides you to the sustained peace and wellness you seek.

It’s your process at your pace.
