Introduction to Mindfulness Sessions introduce participants to both formal and informal mindfulness practices, which allows present moment awareness to be attainable for each of us.
Mindfulness is a practice that allows you to be more present to your life, which increases one's ability to enjoy positive experiences and allows us to manage stress and be less reactive.
Participants can come to one or all of these sessions. Cost is $25 per session or $85 for the entire series. Registration required.
