 I tailor my approach based on the needs of my clients and collaborate with them to identify their goals. Video Sessions are available as well if that’s what is best for the client.

Healing Space Clients

My clients are adolescents and adults dealing with a variety of life-interruptive issues. These include trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, stress, low self-esteem, communication issues, intimacy issues, ADHD, OCD, and parenting issues.

Many clients are new to therapy, while others have had years of counsel. Some want to vent while others seek intensive intervention. Wherever you are in your process, my mindfulness-centered approach guides you to the sustained peace and wellness you seek.

Maegan Staats, LPC, is a therapist in Paoli, PA, just a short distance from West Chester, Exton and King of Prussia. She offers workshops and groups with such topics as guided meditations and mindfulness.

Maegan offers a menu of therapeutic methods to address your highly personal needs and goals. Through transparent and open communication, she invites you to understand her professional strategies and to learn self-regulation and management of difficult thoughts, emotions, and experiences.

Maegan’s therapeutic expertise includes Anxiety and Stress Management, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Meditation, Reiki and Motivational Interviewing. She has counseled individuals, couples and families for 7+ years in a variety of clinical settings.
